Paimio Sanatorium guides have received a lot of positive feedback. No wonder, because they are a group of nine professionals who have been carefully selected and meticulously acquainted  with sanatorium’s past. The backgrounds of the guides vary, and so do the ages. There are both masters of arts and university students in the group as well as professional guides.

The common factor among the guides is love for culture, design and architecture, as well as interaction with visitors. The guides are also good at “listening” to group and adjusting the the tour accordingly. Private tour participants can tell in advance what kind of emphasis they want on their tour if needed – architecture or design, history or stories?

Each guide has his own style and way of telling about the Paimio Sanatorium, even though the same things eventually are covered during the tour.
