During Summer Season 14.5.–1.9.2024:
Tuesday–Sunday 10:00–18:00

In September and October:
Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–18:00

Open for groups and private tours everyday. Please book your private tours in advance sales@paimiosanatorium.com.

Guided Tours

During the summer season public guided tours are held from Tuesday to Sunday.

Guided tours are held in Finnish and in English.

How to get to the Sanatorium

The Sanatorium is accessible by car or public transport.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible entrance is located on the left (northern) side of the main building.

Guided tours are wheelchair accessible.

Knitting event at the Sanatorium

Yarn shop Vuonue is organizing a knitting event at the Paimio sanatorium on Saturday 16 September 2023 from 11 am to 5 pm. Welcome to enjoy knitting and get inspired!

Yarn sellers from all over Finland will be at place displaying their beautiful yarns, and the Taitokeskus will guide you on how to patch knits both beautifully and sustainably at the same time.

You’ll also have the opportunity to get to know the sanatorium on a guided tour, book your tour on the sanatorium’s website (link).
