Independence Day at Paimio Sanatorium: Brunch, Himmeli Art, and Christmas Spirit

Welcome to celebrate Finland’s Independence Day at Paimio Sanatorium on December 6th! The sanatorium will be open from 10 AM to 6 PM, offering experiences for the whole family.

Independence Day Brunch
Ravintola Toivo will serve a festive Independence Day brunch from 11 AM to 2 PM. Explore the delicious menu and reserve your table on Ravintola Toivo’s website.

Eija Koski’s Himmeli Exhibition
Eija Koski’s stunning himmeli exhibition honors the material if the himmelis, Finnish rye, and showcases the delicate beauty and unique charm of this traditional craft.

Christmas Shop and Elf Trail
The Christmas Shop will be open all day, offering a carefully curated selection of vintage treasures, handmade crafts, and beautiful everyday items. Meanwhile, children can head to the Elf Trail in the sanatorium’s forest for an adventure filled with fun and festive spirit.
