The Christmas season at Paimio Sanatorium features a charming adventure for children!

The Elf Trail leads visitors into the heart of the sanatorium’s pine forest, where festive tasks and riddles await discovery. The enchanting path is decorated with handcrafted elves created by an artisan from Kemiönsaari.

From the Elf Trail, it’s a short walk to the laavu (lean-to shelter), where families can enjoy their own packed snacks.

The Elf Trail is open daily from November 23rd to December 15th.

During the Sanatorium opening hours (Wed–Sun, 10 am–6 pm) you can pick up a small activity booklet from the Christmas Shop to record completed tasks, and each child who completes the trail will receive a sweet treat (one per child).
